The Panel for the Independent Assessment of Social and Economic Conditions in the Murray-Darling Basin is mindful of the extensive research carried out in recent years into aspects of social and economic conditions in the Basin.
We have commissioned a number of literature reviews to help us understand the depth and breadth of this research
We have also commissioned further research into specific aspects of the Basin to help our investigation.
We have made these literature reviews and research reports available for public scrutiny as part of our commitment to transparency. They do not necessarily represent the views of the panel. They will help inform our eventual findings and recommendations.
The Independent Panel has commissioned three types of work:
Literature Reviews
Case Studies, and
Trends and Drivers Investigations.
Information about this work can be found in the FAQs Section to the right.
Full final reports can also be found in the library panel. Reports will be progressively uploaded as they become available.
